Returns & Refunds Policy

At Umalqura, we know that sometimes your preferences may shift, and that’s perfectly okay. To help keep things clear and fair, we’ve outlined our approach to cancellations, exchanges, and returns below.

1. Change of Mind – Cancellations & Exchanges

Please note that Umalqura does not accept returns due to change of mind for a full refund. However, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange if you’ve simply changed your mind.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, you must email us within 24 hours of placing it. Please include your order number and the reason for the change or cancellation.

To be eligible for exchange or store credit, returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll notify you via email and proceed accordingly.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be sent to the return address we provide. If sent elsewhere, we cannot guarantee receipt.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be offered only in cases where the returned product is in perfect, unused condition and approved upon inspection.

If a refund is granted:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every product at Umalqura goes through a quality check before shipping, but in the rare case something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at umalqurahijab@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for reports made after this timeframe.

2. What We’ll Need from You

  • Photos of the item clearly showing the fault or damage
  • The product must be unused, and returned with original tags, packaging, and any accessories

3. What Happens Next

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement, if available
  • Or a full refund (excluding shipping costs), if a replacement is not possible

All returns must be sent to the address we provide — we cannot take responsibility for items sent elsewhere.

4. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by daily use, improper handling, or accidents
  • Returns of items that are not actually faulty
