For Our Ready-to-Ship Items
At Umalqura, we do our best to get your items out to you as quickly as possible.
Our ready-to-ship products are usually sent within 3 to 5 business days using trusted NZ couriers like NZ Post or Aramex.
While we aim to stay on schedule, sometimes unexpected delays may happen that are outside of our control — we truly appreciate your patience if that’s ever the case.
Pre-Order Items
If you’ve placed a pre-order, thank you for your excitement and trust in us!
These items usually take around 2 to 6 weeks to be prepared and dispatched, depending on availability and shipping timelines.
We’ll always keep you updated along the way.
A Note on Some Special Items
From time to time, a few pieces may have a slightly longer wait — around 3 weeks — due to supplier timeframes.
If that’s the case, we’ll always make sure it’s mentioned clearly in the product description so you know what to expect.

We’re thrilled to ship worldwide!
For our lovely customers outside of New Zealand, please allow approximately 2 weeks from the time you place your order for delivery.
Timelines can vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing, but we’ll do everything we can to get your parcel to you smoothly.
